Think you're probably right ramspride, but Burton have got a great track record in terms of lining up replacements. Wouldn't be surprised to see Clough return there if and when JFH moves onwards and upwards. Great little club, hope they continue to do well.

Lining up Clough? I thought you said they had a great record of lining up replacements?

Should stick to making beer and Marmite! Would be a good move for Steve McClaren when he gets the boot from Newcastle, in fact it could be a good swap of managers JFH going the other way!

Lovely little club, hope they do well. Always try and go and see them a couple of times a season.

Saw them against Peterborough and they looked very good, aside from the last 20 minutes when they got sloppy and nearly lost a 2 goal lead to 10 men. But their managers reaction afterwards was very impressive and when I go I sit behind the home dugout and it's very interesting to watch him - good blend of composure and passion - and theres little doubt that he keeps himself in good shape, muscles look like they're going to burst out of his shirt - wouldn't want to argue with him!

Saw them against Coventry and not so good, not really in the game. What was interesting was the crowd - 4.5k there and 2k of those were Coventry. As Away fans always make more noise person per person than home fans, the atmosphere was as much in Coventry's favour than it was Burtons. The problem they have is that if they come up to the Championship then their home advantage dwindles for quite a few games

Hear what you're saying Roger, but I think that's his level and he sort of belongs there. Gets on with the chairman and others really have built on his 'foundations' there.

Shame about their home attendances. Rams fans please try and go and support them when you can't get to Rams away games. They need the support to try and keep the playe s and JFH.
