    Shola Ameobi

Ameobi is training with the club as confirmed by Kenny Jackett after the Brighton game today.

Needs something for sure. But will he end up chasing hoof balls like Afobe has the last two games?

Adam Le Fondall is to no surprise not good enough. So we move on to Ameobi who 'can' score from long balls.
    We will see.....

Ameobi has never been prolific and has suffered injuries down the years. I'm not going to write Le Fondre off just yet. Both he and Afobe are living off scraps, barely any service coming their way. Le Fondre had a decent opportunity in yesterday's game, but it was cleared off the line. He also won a penalty at Bolton and in my opinion should have been awarded a second one.

Not trying to be funny here but the phrase 'he can trap a ball further than I can kick it' was made for Shola. And he does have a head like a sheriff's badge.

He is no better than anyone we currently have.

Went from Sammy Ameobi, onto Shola Ameobi and when this doesn't work out, I'm sure we will snag Tomi Ameobi from a NASL club in Edmonton!

If we don't provide quality service, it doesn't matter who is playing forward. I think Afobe and LeFondre are doing what they can with what they have. I'd rather give Bright some run than pay for geriatric on a pension.

I certainly agree with your sentiments on Bright, Mich.

Maybe the fact he is free has something to do with it?!

Well what was said about Bright sounded exciting and what I have seen of him looks exciting as he is prepared to have a go. So why is K..J hesitant to play him?
