I think there is actually a decent team in there somewhere but they certainly don't play for him so only way to fix it is get him out pronto

Sadly I think Ian Baraclough's time is now up. An amiable enough chap but seems out of his depth as illustrated by odd team selections and tactics week after week. He also seems to have lost the players given the way they seem to be downing tools. We simply cannot afford a repeat of last season and have to act quickly and decisively.

I was prepared to give IB until the end of October but his tactics are crap his signings are atrocious and the team clearly don't want to play for him. He needs to go.
