Clements and Sky

What's the feeling about the way PC appears with the presenters for about 10 minutes after we appear on Sky? I am a little concerned the players may feel he is trying to take the stage. The other problem, to me, is his boring monotone voice showing now passion at all. If he talks to the players like that no wonder they don't ever appear to be fired up.

I think he is OK. I would presume you would vary your tone etc dependant on who you are talking to? When Clement is being interviewed and If you turn away from the screen you would think Rodney Marsh was on

I like Clement, doesn't seem to hide. I know we haven't looked the finished article yet but I look at the results, one loss a decent position in the league, best away record, 1 point off top 6. Squad full of class. I'm sticking my neck out and saying top two by Christmas!!!

Point neatly made Stimaclegend, some want too much 'sound and fury' and we all know the saying about empty vessels. Seems like an example of genuine passion to me.

This really is an article for the sake of having something to moan at isnt it. Did you question Mclaren doing the same after each Sky game? It's what the majority of winning managers do after a game.

I know, it's mental. I'm sure it's not just our fans, but the hysteria which surrounds DCFC is counter productive and farcical.

5 new players started the game on Sat, 6 played if you count subs. A new manager with a new backroom team. We have the joint 2nd best defense in the league, which is in stark contrast to last season. We've picked up 10 of the last 12 points. It may not be the football all want to see, but ffs give the guy a chance. Unbelievable stuff.
