Managing Scotland is an easy job, according to Strachan - it shouldn't be.

No give the job to me. I could get us the same numbers of points as we got by beating one team of any slight ability in the qualifying groups. As Willie Miller said or inferred we seem to see reason to celebrate in utter guff. We have now got to the stage of thinking a manager with the abysmal record Strachan got in the last qualifiers is doing us some kind of favour and keeping our fingers crossed he will stay. Fpuck me 9 of our 14 point came off two wins over a pub team and another at home against a BB select. Thats how big a joke we are. 2/3 years time from now we will be wringing our hands in self pity over our abject failure to qualify for the World Cup and be wondering why the fpuck we gave Strachan the nod again.

Then when you say replace him you are met with "who is any better" why do we need better to achieve what Strachans achieving? give the job to Dan

So steviex, Scotland are sh!t & your solution is to appoint yourself or Maurice Malpas as the new manager in place of Strachan? Fair enough.

Personally I'd keep Strachan in the job myself, we don't produce any quality players & whoever gets the job is going to have their work cut out getting us to qualify for anything soon. We need a bit of luck with a draw, a bit of luck on the field or we need a Gareth Bale to come from somewhere.

He should stay unless Mark Warburton becomes available.

strachan should stay, i think if we look at the stats we will see that if we compare ourselves to many teams who have qualified we will see that we can score as many goals if not more than some of these teams. wales, northen ireland and republic ireland didnt score a barrowload of goals, slovakia went 4 games in a row without scoring in the qualifiers, albania didnt score many, neither did portugal. the stats say we have failed cos we concede more goals, if we can tighten up and do what many other sides do, ie concede very few goals, then we have a great chance. if gordon wants to learn that then let him stay, if he tries the same thing and we fail in future cos we also concede to many goals them get him to fek.
