Players is a very loose description considering Evans signed many then binned them.
Redders reminds everyone of the situation he inherited at Rotherham. - view external link

Yes we know they are but there are some good players here that can do the job with a kick up the behind and Redfearn putting the right team on the pitch, I'm behind him but some of his selection has been confusing, I just hope now he has seem them play he will start and pick the right selection.
Just tell him to look on here if he needs some help![]()

When Redders says he will get players in quickly what does he mean? Today?
Thursday seems to be our traditional signing day which gives the manager a massive 2 days to work with the new players and integrate them into our fluid playing style![]()
This is a really bad interview of someone who is seemingly out of his depth and clutching for excuses.
He needs to stop feeling sorry for himself and put his efforts into a side that he thinks can get results

If he's asked about the players then it's fair enough to say there's a limited amount he can do at the minute. He's inherited a worse team than the one that finished 4th bottom last season. I think all of us know that. Regardless of whether Evans or Redfearn was in charge, the current squad isn't as good as last year and the league is, arguably, stronger (no Blackpool for a starters).
So, he's telling it how it is. He's inherited a poor side. It's not his side. He's trying to get that to work. Anyone who thought he'd be coming in and turning this current squad into a top half team
Poor workman always blames his tools.
This is the same squad that drew at Charlton before winning successive games against Cardiff and Birmingham (minus Ofoe), now whilst Ofoe was good, we was no Lionel Messi. The desire, hunger and fight seem to have left the team. JCH is a shadow of his aggressive in your face self. Derbyshire looks like the Derbyshire of early last season.
Continually messing about with the team and blaming the fact that these are not your players do not inspire confidence in either the fans or the players.
Some of my friends who are leeds fans and watch them home and away, Say NR is a nice bloke. But when he was manager his teams he played baffled them. also did not have a clue when to sub players .I have seen this with us. He was a cheap option and a bad gamble by TS.As Soon is was mentioned for us. I know we were going to be in trouble with an inexperienced manager like NR. sadly I am right. But every one is entitled to a mistake like TS as done. But when you own the club you can make as many as you want.No matter what I will always support the Reds
We all know what he inherited or does he think we've been watching games with our eyes closed. we need to lift morale and desire and those comments won't help
