Rams fans opinion - What Forest Need

As an upcoming CEO living in Derby and supporting the Rams, I often stress over how badly your club is run.

As for fawaz, he's the owner but trying to fill the CEO role. He might work as an owner, but he isn't the CEO of a football club.

He doesn't fully understand the English game, and to make a blunt statement, I'd run the club better.

I think I read you were looking for a CEO a while ago, but it's all gone quiet.

In summary, you need fawaz to sit on his backside, a CEO to run the club in the way Derby is being run, and finally you need a manager who is there for the long term to steady the ship. Your CEO needs to convince fawaz time is the best healer, give clough 5 years (yes, it will be torture) but you'll reap the rewards if you make the right appointment afterwards.

    Rams fan in peace!

Although a lifelong Derby fan, I would much rather see close completion from our clubs than the situation you find yourself in at the moment. I hope cool heads prevail & Fawaz realizes his limitations, hires a competent CEO & lets him run the club without strings attached..

Fawaz would never work that way sadly owners like him never do, defeat tomorrow spells the end of Dougie Freedman I'm sure and up pops Nigel Clough I'm guessing, there is no way Nigel would be given 5 years to turn the club around not a chance,

My feelings towards Fawaz stopped after he sacked Stuart Pearce because he should of given him time to really prove himself but he didn't get the chance so there is no way Nigel will be treated any different, I do agree and always said that Derby are a very well run football club and I'm sure that your rewards are just around the corner,

Fawaz needs to stay in Kuwait for a year or so and lets someone run the show and see what's happens because he is doing no good here at all, if not Fawaz then f*** o** for good.

He coordinated your football......................................no wonder he left!

Fawaz has i feel been trying to copy what Derby do ever since he came, kind of a game of one-upmanship, i refer to the time when glick reported we were having a big screen installed and perimeter led advertising, well faz went out and bought 2, our owners decided that we would honour clough and taylor with a statue of both of them together (up to now the only club ever to honour the pair i believe), well a bit late but faz decides he'll a stand after taylor, all this to keep the forest fans on side.

Of course its easy for us to say as we are riding high at the minute but what I think your fans would appreciate more than any of the above is for faz to go back to Kuwait and just keep the money flowing in, before he goes though employ a CEO to run th

You may be right stenson, but i don't want to harp on about injuries, but I believe that without all these players that would be in the team, Reid, cohen, asombalonga, tesch etc, we would not be in this position, we might not be where you are(don't f**k it up this time) but we would be in the top 6 somewhere. We also have a manager who is tacticaly poor with a squad capable of better,(as you may see tonight) team always end there bad runs against us, as did preston. maybe we can end your undeafeated away record, you never know
