** Who Should Stay and Who Should Go

If you were Redders what would you do?

    I'll kick it off :-

Out - Buxton, Mattock, Maguire, Ward, Ledesma, Green, White, Halford, Richardson, Bowery, Andreu, Derbyshire

Keep - Camp, Collin, Collins, Broadfoot, Rawson, Thorpe, Frecklington, Grant Ward, Smallwood (needs to buck up though) Johnson Clarke Harris, Barker

Released would make way for Redfearn to go get his mix of young and old in. I like the idea he is thinking of youth with a blend of old. As a club we could afford this approach.

This would need to be the last time we turnover the players wholesale though. 90 players now I think.

We need a settled squad where the club, players and most importantly, fans can relate to each other.

I don't think there will be a wholesale clear-out at this stage, maybe 2 or 3, with others possibly in January when we can bring in permanent replacements. The process won't be completed until the close season with, hopefully, a settled squad in place for 2016/17. Being realistic, this could well be a League 1 squad but sometimes you have to take a step back to move forward (not that I'm contemplating life outside the Championship just yet!).

Broadfoot to go for me, and Frecklington due to his regular injuries.

Would keep Bowery providing Derbyshire goes because I think Derbyshire blocks any chance Bowery has.

Halford, Ledesma & White are certs to be told they can go. Green, Richardson, Collins are past it, D Ward fitness issues but who's going to want them. Maguire, Bowery can go, they'll find a club. To make make for more loans Andreu & G Ward will make way.

If you insist, I think Redfearn will put Halford, Ledesma and White, on the first bus, Bowery, Maguire, Wood, possibly Broadfoot on the New Year departures and Green, Buxton, Richardson, possibly Derbyshire on the late, end of season, trip. Loans out as and when, Collins to retire at end of the season and be added to the backroom staff.

Agree with a lot of views here but no good unless we replace em with someone better.
