Support will happen. The fans will support him, as long as he gets the team playing like they want to win, and not as if it`s a practice match.

    Very good article.

Really want to support this guy but worries me greatly that v Derby and Ipswich in particular, the fight and determination that were characteristics of Evans' teams was sadly missing-something we can ill afford when we need value for money and when we need to punch above our weight. Failure to motivate players has to rest with the manager so as well as recruiting better players if he deems the ones we have not good enough, he needs to motivate them all for every game-no exceptions now we are deep in it. Everybody at the top of the club and many supporters alike thought we'd recruited quality this season-so difficult to get excited about anything when there seems so little hope.

Incidentally, does anyone know how many points we had after this number of games last season?
Might give an insight as to whether we can get out of it on a limited budget.
