    Well done Lads

Sitting down to dinner to eat my humble pie - much better performance and result than I had expected. Delighted to see us score more than 1 goal in a game and create some clear chances.

    Well done lads.

It was better but we are still utterly awful in many areas . But a point off a high flying hearts not to be sneezed at

It was a very good result as I fully expected a sound beating, and justifiably given how poor we've been and how well Hearts are doing, but we actually battled well and were well worthy of our point which was the correct result over the piece.

Our defending though has to be sorted as yet again we've chucked in two soft and preventable goals and if this isn't rectified then we will continue to lose more matches than we win and continue to struggle.

A very decent result against a form team. If we can keep that level of performance I would feel a lot more confident for the rest of the season. As LSM said, we need to cut out the soft goals. Moult in the right place at the right time again.

Certainly would have settled for a point before the game. Some good performances, felt Hammill kept making sure Marvin Johnson did his defensive part of his game as well as going forward.Looked a better shaped team.Although IMO think keeper needs a rest on the bench as he is flapping at crosses and his confidence looks low.Probably created more chances today than we have in last three games put together. As usual with MOTHERWELL next game becomes really imprtant, lose and we go 5 points behind Thistle, win and we go a point above them.

A very good game, particularly given the conditions. I was very pleased by what I saw as a much more positive attitude by all in Claret & Amber. Made a real difference. Ripley seemed caught out at the second goal but he made several good, brave saves, and I feel he has earned the right to keep the jersey. Grimshaw puts in a power of work and knows how to put in a good (old fashioned!) tackle. Thought Pearo was lucky not to be sent off for his kick at Delgado; overall the ref gave us a couple of good breaks. Thought Skippy had best game for some weeks . Overall pleased with the point and if we play like that every week I am much more hopeful about getting out of the play off spot.

Very much a mixed bag today. Overall though we deserved a draw. We created a good few chances but seemed incapable of taking most of them. Defensively we were poor and never coped with some of Hearts big lads who proved a real handful. Our late slump seemingly due to tiredness but have been a real concern for Mark McGhee.

Steven MacLean had an erratic game and never looked in control and you always had the feeling a red card wasn't far off. Pearo had a rash challenge or two but Delgado was fortunate to remain on the pitch for several indiscretions.

Overall though an encouraging performance if we can just get the defence and midfield sorted out.

5 points out of 18 under McGhee so far doesnt fill me with anything other than depression.

Proved that we require 3 midfielders and not 2 wingers. This has been obvious all season.
Not all teams are as poor as Rangers were in the play-offs.
