Could Rovers end up in Bolton mess?

I don't like to spoil things while there is a bit of optimism around Ewood at present. But if Rovers gates keep dropping the debt keeps rising & the promised land of the premier league does not happen soon.Could Venkys pull the plug & stop putting money into the club? Would Rovers end up in a worse position than Bolton?

Yes it is quite possible we could end up in a similar mess
worse than Bolton?probably not but we won't be far away
I have said previously before the next season and a half is the last roll for our owners no promotion and they could well be off leaving us in a right old mess.

Bolton's debt is phantom as Eddie Davies is willing to write it off. Venkys have not indicated they would do likewise for rovers, so we are actually in a worse position than them should venkys pull the plug.

Is that a contractual fact, or merely suggestive?
If, unlike JW with ourselves, the debt is loaded against the club (BWFC) that in itself 'suggests' that's his security.
In any event, in the grand scheme of things, nearly all clubs are now saddled (collectively) with enormous mind boggling debt, something that was very loudly warned against by all the old 'stick in the mud' fogies including Gordon Taylor.
It's all very well whilst the global merry go round riders are here for the ride, but what happens when and if the wheels come off?
They/we are not banking institutions, that can harbour the luxury of a government tax funded bail out.
It is quite simple really, we need that promotion, one will do, then Venkys can move on (if that's what folk want and they have made their minds up) 'it was a good idea at the time', but now it's run its course and they should depart.
Just what valuation we would be at, and who would be happy to step into the breach is anyone's guess, but no real
