Leeds United fans hit out at ‘£5 pie tax’

Let's hope Wolves and Jez Moxey don't get to read about this. It's just another way of getting more and more money from fans. - view external link

re: Leeds United fans hit out at ‘£5 pie tax’

I don't purchase any food or drink inside any ground due to the stupid prices we get charged so I don't think I would pay for a service I'm not using therefore I wouldn't use that stand again.
But here's a question for you! Would they expect a Muslim to pay the charge in the month of Ramadam?

I haven't purchased anything in Molineux for years, i usually buy myself a drink from the fast food outlet by the Asda. The Leeds 'pie tax' issue is a way round of increasing ticket prices mid way through the season. The vouchers are mandatory and even if you don't get anything, the voucher is deemed void after the fixture.

Yes i would Mr.D, due to the voucher being mandatory in the South Stand as stated in paragraph above.

Its a stealth tax full stop something our leaders have been doing for years.

Apparently its for a pie and a pint but have they thought about the logistists involved in serving a full stand.
