    The Premier League 2015/16?

The Premier League 2015/16 is a poor league! Not my opinion but that of many pundits and football journalists. Why is that?

Is it because the big, fancied, wealthy clubs aren't winning week in week out? Is is because a third of the season in and it's an unfancied small club like Leicester City leading the league? Perhaps it's because LVG has turned Manchester United into one of the most boring teams in living memory or maybe seeing so called huge clubs like Aston Villa and Newcastle United propping the table up....and how the hell can a tiny, "family" club like Bournemouth go to Stamford Bridge and turn the mighty Chelsea over?! Whatever it is, I don't care what those pundits and writers think I'm just loving it! For the first time since the formation of the 'Greed League' there are just too many 'shock' results for me to believe it's a fluke. Perhaps, at last, the playing field is evening itself out.

Why do I believe this? Two reasons mainly. For one, I think the amount of tal

An excellent, well thought out post, it provides food for thought.

A lot of the pundits always love to drool over the football, managerial and coaching skills of the so called 'elite' clubs. There's not enough praise given to the Leicester City's of this world. It's always stated as a massive shock when one of the big teams are defeated.

One thing the big clubs who are struggling have over other clubs is money, their answer will be is to try and buy themselves out of trouble and pick off the Jamie Vardy's and add them to their squads.

Long may the likes of Leicester City and other clubs mentioned in the opening post continue to turn over the bigger clubs.

I'm not as favorable about it as you plates. I think it's just the unattainable carrot dangling in front of the mule leading the cart. The fans of the Football League and all clubs do all the work for the big shots who drive the cart. They'll point to Leicester this season or Southampton last year as teams that can be succcessful. But how many of these clubs can sustain a top 5-6 position for more than one or two years? Probably none. In fact, I wouldn't be surprised to see Leicester among the relegation battlers next season. Look at Swansea. They've been doing it the "right way" for the last decade and they're only a few points off the relegation fight. And if it weren't for teams like Villa and Newcastle that have been disasters, they might be in it!

I love to watch the big clubs lose. Adore it. Chelsea's season is the gift that keeps on giving. But they'll be back in the top 4 next season. What Leicester is doing is incredible. But so was what Southampton did for much of last ye

It's got that way in the championship though Eve, Thursday nights now on the Sky Sports list. as you already know. The premier league is the place we want Wolves to get to, but it's staying there that's the problem. I enjoyed league one due to the ground we played at, same as the championship.
