I just wanted to reach out to all Sky Blues fans who turned out at Bramall Lane today. I've been following Sheffield United since my first game in 1970 and Alan Hodgkinson was my first football hero. Sadly he passed away this week and a tribute to Hodgy was held before kick-off. It was an emotional moment for us older Blades fans and despite it being a bit of a choker I did notice how respectful the Cov lads were throughout the reading of the tributes, and it was a great touch for most of the away end to be joining in with the minute's applause.

Thanks to all for your respect, your dignity, and your support. You can be very proud of the way you conducted yourselves today. Fair play to you all.
