    re: Rangers will pay loan

"On Thursday, King’s legal team told a High Court hearing in London the loan had been repaid in full. However, David Quest QC, acting for Ashley, told Mr Justice Peter Smith yesterday: “That is not correct. The £5m has not been repaid.”

I feel sorry for the QCs who were lied to by glib and shameless and his cohorts, has there been a more reprehensible organisation since Rangers died a death in 2012 :/

lying in court is a criminal offence.

so whoever briefed the legal team should be jailed or fined for contempt.

no doubt the sfa will remain silent as usual.

i dont think the loan will be repaid cos sevco are corrupt
