    Butterfield Booking?

Just watched the league show, and saw the Butterfield challenge where he threw himself at the ball. I thought his card was a bit harsh, as he was showing inniative. Didnt john terry make a similar challenge a while back?
    Thoughts and comments?

He should not have retaliated. Booking.

The situation could have got out of hand if the Ipswich player had responded to Butterfield's retaliation. It was a deserved booking and another couple of feet nearer our goal and Ince would have given away a penalty which was a foul all the way.

Deserved booking. Diving in at someone feet is stupid it makes a mockery of high kicking which Ince was booked for even tho the player lowered their head.

Butterfield then dived the player which he's lucky to still be on the pitch. Club should have a word for that reaction!
