    MA wee grandson

    Just showed him the auld bill and Ben's me and his granny used to watch and he loves them, upstairs noo going through YouTube. :-)

    i watched a few episodes of grange hill on youtube last night. used to love it when i was younger, for the first 4 series anyway, outgrew it after that, but its strange watching characters that were older than me then, and now theyre so wee. todd carty was an axcellent actor in those days.

    I was same age as the first grange hill lot, so I started first year the year it started... also looked like Tucker Jenkins... apparently... Not something I was thrilled about coz I thought he was an ugly wee caaant...
    I was just a wee bit too young for Bill and Ben... although Hector's House was the bomb... I remember the previews of a new cartoon that was going to be on - Roobarb and Custard... Just looked it up - October 1974 it was first shown... Christ! I'm gettin auld...

    my son slags off stuff i watched when i was young, but generally i thought tv was better back in the 70,s and 80,s expecially comedy. its all crap now.

    and i used to fancy trisha yates from grange hill, shes 3 years older than me,

    Same age as me - and lives in DUNDEE!
