    consistency

How can we thrash southend 4-0 one week and lose to barnsley the next week. I know we are being told to be patient while bomber builds a team, but we also need results or we will be building from division two.
I could understand it if we put out a side full of youngsters who are learning the game.
but at barnsley we had a team full of experience.
    so what is going wrong.

10 wins and 10 defeats with half the season gone. Can't expect more than mid table finish at the best with stats like that.

Maybe we were not up for it at Barnsley, also the pitch was swampy. But I feel that we were trying to play the passing game from the back in the wrong conditions and should instead just put your boot through it.

    We shall see at Oldham.

Things have changed a lot for us since then and I did think we might be meeting again in the JPT Final.
