    My honest opinion?
    I'd give him another shot!
All academic though because I know we won't.

I wouldn't. First time he was here, he wasn't terribly good. He got away with it because of his "up and at 'em" style. However, second time around he was woeful and I believe he has been much the same at the Vale. He is not a patch on Haber.

Lol timmy!! Love your defense of anything alex but i suggest u call for the men in white coats if your bigging up haber.
He is the worst forward since Paul Antrobus
Uche atleast did some good and showed effort. Yes the doncaster move was daft but otherwise was a good loan signing

Don't remember Paul Anthrobus, but his brother Steve was a big lump who didn't score many, but Dele benefitted from his presence. Probably most famous for 'scoring' in the open air.....and getting caught!

Alexsi, I just don't believe in overreacting to the current situation at the club. As for Haber, I accept there are many better players than him in the lower leagues. However, it is churlish to not accept the improvement in the guy since he has been playing in a front two. Uche, in my opinion, was nothing more than an "up and at 'em" type of player with little or no structure to his game and little concept of what playing in a team means. In his first spell, he was, to some extent, a breath of fresh air because he lifted the crowd. But looking at him objectively, he was totally unproductive. Might have been a player if he had ever thought to pass the ball. Don't recall him scoring too many for us and he is definitely not as good a player as our own CF.

Uche should try American football - built more for that.

Didn't Paul Antrobus used to be a reserve keeper for us? Late 70's/early 80's?

I don't remember Steve Antrobus been as poor as you say, he wasn't a prolific goal scorer but was always a good foil for Colin Little , I remember a game v Bradford where we won 5 nil and they couldn't handle 'Bus ,

Always gave his best and plus we were playing in the Championship at the time he was here ! So perhaps your memory is a bit foggy 'Si'

9 goals in 61 apps was a good account so perhaps my memory must be foggy. 36 goals in 290+ career means he must of been an amazing foil.
Trying your best and being any good doesn't always match. Anyway he's the past and the current striker in my mind doesn't try his best and needs to be shipped out. Awful!!
