You're obviously not looking in the right place. If you were to pick up a few cans of Special Brew there's one often sitting in the garden in Portland Square who I'm sure would be happy to spend the day with you.
Is it me, or is this something that we're likely to see less of in future? Here in the Costa del Gilcrux we've had one so far this Winter with no sign, as January progresses, that we're du another any day soon.
Personally, I prefer those still, crisp mornings that give you the feeling that a tramp around the fells would be a good use of your day, followed by a couple of pints in the Kirkstile Inn. Not enough of those around at present.

Even up in Aberdeen we have had only 2 days frost in the mornings normally we get much more..
But the rain this past week has been biblical very much like what you lads got down in Cumbria. Not good
I see Abergeldie castle still hanging on up there, think that's the one which they are trying to save by shoring up the river bank.Bad rainfall amounts up there Buc in what i imagine is generally fairly decent as a rule.
I where is jack hiding himself, must be a decent stockpile of grit lying around here and there so no excuses on that score should it be needed eh.With the introduction of (pm)+am) properties it will feel like a shock to the system having been so mild.It is nice when it is mild in winter, but is it worth the price of more or less constant (tm) induced saturated air.Reckon tuesday onwards we should feel the pinch, certainly not grass growing weather if you catch my drift.
Had to scrape ice off my car at 4.30 this morning.
There's no such time.

You didn't get drowned then Jimmy.
In some parts of the country Daffodils came out in December. If we can't control our emissions and Global warming is unchecked then it's goodbye frosts.

But we weren't as bad as what the good people of Carlisle and surrounding areas have been through.
Settling down now though. Thankfully
