Just seen his interview on Rams player, looks like he's dropped a couple of stone, and with his beard gone looks like a new signing! You could see he's really looking forward to this match. Hope all goes well for him and that the Baseball Ground esque pitch doesn't do him any damage!

Welcome back imo. Almost certainly not Premiership class but then neither is the rest of the side yet. Prior to his fitness issues of last season Jake played a ***** part in the 'nearly' season. Always thought he could have a role to play this season, albeit perhaps largely from the bench, also possibly paves the way for Pearce to move away, though hopefully not back to Reading before Tuesday.
