Gets rid off succesfull manager for not having a mid table finish yet gives them no money to find it.
Fairy takes in football do happen but for every one that does there is 20 plus that doesn't.
I'm my eyes of we go down this season it is because off ts for not funding and getting rid off managers for been unrealistic.
What?????????
OP is either trolling or drunk.
He's not out of his depth, just not wealthy enough, in football terms to bankroll a club at this level that can compete. Bournemouth a club probably smaller than us have a billionaire owner !
But TS has done more for this club than any chairman in my lifetime and we need to remember that
My only gripe with Stewart is the things he says pre-season, especially after winning the playoffs.
He - and Evans - said things like 'mid-table looking up' 'playoffs' 'looking at the Premier League' 'if Evans wants a player he can have whoever he wants'. I have a feeling Stewart thought - after back to back promotions, and playing some fantastic football in League One - that the Championship would be easier than than it was. We never hear about a million pound player anymore, or looking at the playoffs etc. Looks like he's finally accepted we're *bleep*e, but hopefully there are three teams even more *bleep*e.
He has to show some ambition though, imagine the stick he'd get if he said we're aiming for 4th bottom
NO.
BY THE WAY....YOU FORGOT TO PUT ? AFTER YOUR O/P.
Redfern will have known the circumstances when he took the job....end of.
TS is the best we can hope for - he has been and is fantastic for the club. we all know the circumstances of the budget etc etc
the mid table and play off talk pre-season was embarrassing then and more so now. I 100% think it was wrong to get rid of SE (although obviously now knowing the full circumstances) but TS is definitely good for the club.
I'm not sure whether TS is out of his depth or not but he does come out with some rubbish from time to time.
He told us when we were struggling in the early part of this season that Steve Evans would still be our manager even if we were relegated to League 2. Then, a few short weeks later Evans had gone because the two men were looking to go "in different directions." Few people believe this really was the case and there has been much speculation about the real reason for the parting of the ways.
TS has talked about "top half of the table looking up" and has said we have "a competitive budget." Did anyone seriously believe these statements?
He has been the best chairman we've had in my 60 years of supporting the club but seems conspicuous by his absence now we are struggling.
Good leaders take a firm grip of the reins in troubled times and a lot of supporters I talk to would like to have an update from TS on the current situation. He used to appear regularly in the media in better
Have we been relegated already I must have missed that.
Lets get TS to walk away we will be so much better off I think.
The season is not done us it wasn't everyone writing us off at this time last year
