    Huddlestone coming back?

I see we are being linked with a move for Huddlestone who is out of contract in June....

No source given ... don't believe it, don't want it . A backward step. Hull City supporters say he is too slow now.

Not for me - I don't think any of the managers he's played for have ever really worked out his best position and I have no idea how you'd fit him into our side -think (hope!) this is just more lazy journalism....

Totally agree Gaspode...seriously good player at his best but always injury prone and never blessed with pace, two things that we can be fairly certain aren't going to improve now.

Sounds like I'm alone in thinking he still has something to offer though if it were at Derby then positionally it would probably be at the detriment of George Thorne as I've always thought Huddlestone's best position was as a minder for the back four. Likely lazy journalism as you say, unless Thorne is leaving which is more of the same!!

Great passer of a ball and a good shot but far to slow and not good enough for this team! I'd have him on loan sitting on the bench until the end of the season though!

I thought I was going to be the only one here that didn't want him before I clicked on the thread. He had potential to be so much more than he was. Brilliant passer, at one point at Spurs he was probably one of the best in Europe. But now he's painfully slow and I've been told by one Hull fan that he looks half-a***ed every time he gets onto the pitch. You can keep him thanks lads!

Sorry Manxy would love to agree with you, but Huddlestone he's not for me. He as a good shot on him, but that's about it.
