    Crowds

Worrying low again last night (17,000). That must be the lowest league game crowd for years and years?

Now I know it's just after Christmas and folk haven't been paid yet, I know its crap weather, I know it was a mid week game and I know it isn't great to watch - but before last night's game we were 12 unbeaten (now 13) and had just beaten the best team in the league. Even in the League One days we averaged over 20,000 and still did in our dark days under Platt, Megson etc too. So why the massive drop? I make the above point of "I know it isn't great to watch" but that can't be the only reason why people aren't going anymore? Or is it? At the end of the day we're not losing and we're climbing the table slowly but surely.

My personal feeling is its down to three massive factors -

    1) Match day ticket prices being too high (especially when we're on telly) and no offers to entice people in.

    2) Fawaz running the club in a shambolic and sometimes embarrassing way. (I'm not knoc

    re: Crowds

    Point one I agree with
    Point two, I don't
Point three to some degree. The thing with SP was, the passion from when he was a player was recreated in the ground. My son had never experienced it before.
However, crowds are results and entertainment generated.
We've gone through a lot of pain and are only just starting to become consistent. When we actually start scoring more and thus winning more, it will return.

Derby had crowds plummet from the Prem times, to years of Clough boring the **** off them.
They have turned round, since they've spent boat loads of money(another factor) and win more games now.

Look at Notts. They went up under Munto and put another 3000+ on their gates. Since they've nose dived leagues, so have their crowds.

Why do you bring Notts County into this post.

I think it is you obsession………….

If you are going to exercise your obsession, at least get your facts correct.

Under Munto Finance NCFC where in League 2 like today,
“Nose dived” leagues, How do you work that one out…………..

Under Munto NCFC average gate was 7352 , and they won the league.

However a much better comparison would be between the 2004/5 season the season after being relegated the average for the following L2 season was 5052 , the season the average so far is 5192. So far from plummeting they have gone up nearly 3%.

Now has your pal gazd1980 points out your crowds are nose diving down about 15% on last season…..

With this sort of drop in revenue are we sure they will escape the dreaded FFP……

Because it is very apt you thick ****. Under Munto, they cheated you out of league 2, by spending money you didn't have.

Why when anyone challenges you TT do you have to resort to personal insults.
You seem an intelligent guy but seem to persist in calling everyone nobheads etc. And I don't just mean your reply to the last post.

For number 2 in your pals gazd1980 comments

Tricky One of your hero’s or is he a nob head as well

“I've lost count of the number of times the Reds have been issued with a winding-up petition over the last couple of years now, and I say the same thing every time – it needs sorting out.
It's not difficult to pay bills, and it's especially not difficult for the Al Hasawis to pay their bills given their vast wealth, so why does it keep on happening?

Whatever the reason, it's plain wrong and it makes Forest look shabby when they leave it right to the last minute.
The latest petition was from the taxman and it's not the first time Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs have had to resort to that to get the money the Reds owe them.
I see Fawaz Al Hasawi (pictured) confirmed the petition was dismissed as the debt was paid in full before the hearing, but so what? What would really reassure fans is knowing bills are being paid on time, that the administration of the club is being im

    FFP Sanctions = Cheating ..........

Every one of you example posts, refers to NFFC
Yet you come here shouting the odds about Notts being mentioned. The account is obviously someone's double by the topics used on NCM.

Whilst I check out the IP address, you can sit on the touch line for a bit.

Difference is, we was punished. Others weren't.

You escaped punishment and made others suffer.

    FACT

The day one of these isn't paid is the day I will worry.

They happen to everyone at some point, even little Notts.
Perhaps you've forgotten the one last season that RT found out about on NCM?
