Those of us who still post wish we knew. Many of the regulars and old faithfuls who made me interested in the site in the first place have disappeared.
There is no doubt that the Venky's era has had a sapping effect on the spirit, but I think there must be other factors too.
If we get a long thread, it's usually because of lots of contributions from Clarets!

I try to get arguments/discussions going, but I think some posters simply find my long posts boring. Saxo takes a lot of knocks, but this site would be like a graveyard at times without him.
Robin is the only relative newcomer who tries to generate a spark of interest on a regular basis.

Perhaps, the season after next, in the PL...
