    Guess who's the latest celeb to stiff the tax man



    £35k eh! Nice work if you can get it. And that's just how much he saved.

    That's more than most Scottish people earn before tax.

    Think how many food banks that could have paid for.

    And wait till we get independence, they'll reduce corp tax even lower. And he'll save even more.

    Alex Salmond pays taxes and gives a very high proportion of his salary to charity.
    Totally the opposite, in fact, to The the rangers... who steal from charities and dodge taxes...

    Alex Salmond set up the Mary Salmond Trust supporting young people and children in NE Scotland. So far its donated £162.000.

    Alex Salmond donate's his annual pension he receives after stepping down as Scottish first minister to good causes. He will donate £42,501 every year to charity.

    Alex Salmond auctioned off all the official gifts he received during his time as First Minister all the money went to charity

    ALEX Salmond missed a Westminster debate on Syria so he could help unveil a portrait of himself - but the Gordon MP revealed the painting had helped raise over £50,000 for armed forces charity.

    During his political career Salmond has donated nearly half a million pounds to charity.

    you probably heard it from the charity people at Ibronx, before they stole £500,000 from old soldiers and young children.
