The weird thing is, Robin, Leeds have only lost three of their last ten before this game.
Saxo's right about inconsistency outside the top group, although, if you look at Derby, they haven't been consistent either. When you CAN put a run together in this Division, you shoot up the table. Sheffield Wednesday provide a classic example at the moment.

That's true. Unfortunately, we have been one of the worst culprits all season (in fact, for three seasons!) in terms of inconsistency.
We have discussed this many times, but I still think we need a proper on-the-field leader/motivator. We can't just rely on a managerial b*llocking at half-time!
