    Next 3 games

We are going to have find something collectively, that's players and fans alike, not just for Saturday against the dogs, when everyone's up for it, but more importantly v Cardiff away and Hull at home!

It's crunch time for me, must be in the top 6 at the end of those fixtures.

That's followed by Charlton, Bolton and Bristol, before we finish against 3 promotion rivals, so we need a cushion of points going into the final 3.

I fear if we do drop out of the top 6, the place will literally implode, we got a glimpse of that yesterday with Shacks reaction to Wassall at the end of the game.

No guarantees, but I would defo look at bring in someone to help/ takeover from Wassall, someone whose going to have an impact.

It's incredible, we've been in the top 6 pretty much all season, and it's almost a forgone conclusion in the eyes of many what the outcome is going to be!

I think if we make the play offs we will win them, the big if is IF we make them!

    Discuss?

That's what everyone is thinking I believe, including myself, the players are feeling the pressure, they all are, I think we have a good squad of players, but I don't think we have the right blend at times, the team that started sat should be the team every week going forward. GT JH CB, with WH to come back in know each other's games.

We've spent circa 25 million on Championship players? Not one are proven premier league quality. So I don't see where the weight of expectation comes from other than the fees we paid. I like Butts, but he had a shocker and I mean a shocker at QPR!

We must get in a strong willed, technically gifted good manager to keep Morris in his place.

I think Mr Morris would probably acknowledge some error of judgement, but we should all remember that he has most likely parted with circa £100 million plus I would estimate on buying the club, buying players and underpinning the wages they are most likely enjoying?

Now that shouldn't make him bullet proof from criticism, but it sure does permit him to make the decisions. I see a bright future with him at the helm, he does however, need to get the balance right!

It's the silence from within that's getting to me? Everyone believes the reason given for PCs departure is not football related, I wish they would of come out and stated not for footballing reasons if this is the case when he was released rather than the Derby way, oh dear!!!!!

Surely even Wassell cant fail to get us into the play offs. Worrying thing though, SR sort of confirmed that reaching the play offs (not winning) is the target for DW to be given the job on a full time basis.

No he didn't, he said his goal or what would be considered a success would be to finish in the top 6 an by doing so could 'throw his hat into the ring' for consideration for the role as manager together with all the other applicants, he in no way implied the job was DW's if he secures a top 6 spot
