Buy an Amazon fire stick and download the Kodi app onto it Kempo.
You will then receive everything you get on the full Sky package and much more, the best bit, you wont have to pay for it.
£39.00 for the fire stick. Free to download Kodi.
I have RECENTLY dropped Sky and now use freesat but Mrs K is complaining about the lack of decent films.
Got Netflix App on tv plus Curzon and another one I've never heard of.
Netflix is the big but is it any good?

I will have to google how to do that from a tv but sounds like a cheap way of doing it.
Never understood what You are supposed to do with the fire stick thing but I will no doubt work it out.
I expect John2 will come on soon and tell us all a fire stick is no good.
Once you've downloaded Kodi, you stick the firestick into the side of a smart tv in the usb and you're good to go.
100'000s people must be doing this now. There's no wonder Sky are giving free smart tv's away to new customers now.
Thanks Riley.
Feels a bit strange to have a pleasant interaction on here.
It all gets a bit too heavy on here at times Kempo, doesn't it.
Enjoy your weekend.
Thing is though Kempo do you like sports? I've got sky for sports. Gone to the original package got sports lost attheraces & eurosport, got films not for me, when was the last good film made? Lost kids & documentary Ch's, MTV Ch's & VHI off the music Ch's lost them, got rest of music Ch's. Got Phone including line rental not calls, use mobile free for calls & Broadband got that for £60 a month. If I can afford that you can. Blow using a firestick for films when a good one comes out once every blue moon.
You get all the sports channels grwu when you download the kodi app onto the firestick including all the box office events. Why pay £60 a month when you can pay £0.00 a month.
See your point gwru but I object to the constant price rises from Sky and to be honest 90 per cent of times we watch the standard progs available on terrestrial tv.
I'm a sports fanatic but oddly not overly missed sky sports and can watch the racing live on my computer.
Mrs K grumbling about lack of decent films so I best do something or she will stop my gambling.
Riley
What build do you use?
For the firestick, try wookie lite
