Wolves welcome Mick McCarthy and his Tractor Boys to Molineux this Saturday after an international break, which always seem to come after a positive result. Ipswich are in a bit of a rut, going 3-1-5 in their last nine matches. This slide has seen them drop from 6th to 8th and four points out of the last playoff spot. With Sheffield Wednesday playing bottom half Huddersfield, the pressure will be on Mickswich to get a victory with us to keep pace. Falling down to 6 or 7 points back with only 7 matches left would be a disastrous weekend for them.
They are 11th in goals for and 14th in goals against this season, which suggests their current place in the table is a bit fortunate. But I have no doubt they'll give us their best effort this weekend. They have a decent trio of forwards in Daryl Murphy (10 goals), Bret PIttman (9 goals) and Freddy Sears (6 goals, 7 assists). Knowing us, Berra will have a hat trick by halftime though.
