    Today's Game

Another good game to watch. Playing like the way we knew we could. Fast - going forward and passing accurately. Has DW and 'Arry got it working? We won't know till after the Charlton and B City games. I know Bolton wern't that good but we've lost plenty of games this season against teams that wern't very good. Johny's back to his confident self as is Bryson and Ince is really running all over the place -if only he could hit the ball with his right foot. Crowd were a bit quite today though.

Great to watch again today after Tuesdays lovely performance. With a bit more care we could have had 7 or 8.If Ince had a right foot he's be nearly as good as he thinks he is!

    re: Today's Game

A second game with 4 goals, OK Bolton are a shambles, no fight nothing but we have found where the net is, Bryson and Russell making good runs and Ince seems on fire 11th goal of the season, if he was half as good as he thinks he is he would be out of our league!

I thought Butterfield had a good game and it seems the balance has been found in the team, perhaps Johnson and Butterfield don't fit in the same team?

If we can continue this, then we may just have come good at the right time, carry that form into the play offs and anything is possible.

Good to see Butterfield have a good game. Been in and out all season but no one can doubt his contribution despite the 'unsettled' selections of both managers.

Also a clear example of why the 'like for like' comparisons rarely work. Last time the sides met was in the 'blank canvas' of the season's opening game. No previous form, Derby lost two crucial players in the first half and were playing under a brand new manager against a Bolton side full of opening day excitement and expectation. Eight months later...Derby in the top six, coming off the back of their best performance of the season, important players returning from injury against a demoralised Bolton side already doomed to relegation. Like for like? Other than involving teams from Derby and Bolton again...just no comparison.

nice to see all those fans from gransby in france today. the shop must have had a busy day ,they had all bought home tops with their stenciled on the shirt . and their rendition of la marsielle bought a lump to the throat after the paris atrocity. .

Also a thought: If we accept the the Clement sacking was unavoidable for what ever reason.... with the right managerial appointment at that time, could or should this team be in the mix with Burnley & Boro?
