Scarjo, many thanks for picking up the mantle this season as without your effort and enthusiasm we possibly would not have had this league this year. Thanks for stepping into the breach so to speak Scarjo. Well done to all who sailed through the last season, very well done Silver Top. and commiserations to Kenco, i know only too well about finishin bottom of the league.

Fergie was not the man i thought DRFC would employ ( in fact i hoped he would not be ), he unfortunately was similar to DP, SOD and PD. Had no plan B. Why he insisted on 3 or 5 at the back, with players who plainly couldnt play that way, is beyond me, but thats what we got.
The board wont change their stance on funding. I think the money put in is really not from pockets of TB and DW, but a way i use to stop HMRC getting hold of tax on my investments. Re-invest in loss making ventures., then they dont get my tax.

Anyway thats their decision.

Lets see what "Imports" the close season brings and take it from there.

Hope to be around when KO happens ( old age creeping up VERY FAST )..

In all fairness, the "board" have gone some way to proving me wrong with allowing the signings made. Couple of loan signings in pre season training and DRFC seem to have assembled a useful looking squad.
