    Yep. Surprised the hearing is on May 12, two games away - I thought they tried to wrap these things up quickly these days?

    Presumably then his suspension will be put on ice until after the appeal?

    I thought they looked at these within days to stop clubs appealing decisions so players could play next game but if meeting is next Thursday he must be free to play next 2 games which is strange

    It now turns out that McGhee & Robinson have been punished for using threatening and abusive language on Saturday.

    that's what usually happens.

    Would we be punished for taking the **** if we liet him play St Johnstone and Ross County then cancel the appeal?

    You can thank the May Day holiday for the extra time. The protocol talks of the appeal having to be lodged on the first working day after the match and the knock on pushed consideration back to next week's panel.
