i don,t think it,s a matter of being pessimistic just realistic . wev,e lost our best player their best player has returned . they have the 2nd leg at home , and have a manager who has won promotion out of the championship .
I am trying to understand why I am not particularly excited or nervous about the play offs.I think the reason is that at the start of this season i had high expectations of a decent season . Well that box has been ticked as we are in the play offs! However the way we have played , the manner of the team selections, the current management (in my opinion we are there despite them rather than down to them) does not fill me with optimism. I am trying to rouse myself but I think the passion, excitement and expectation has been sucked out of me.along the way.
I see this season as a huge missed opportunity lost and of course at the moment it's not...
Do I want the rams to go up ? Yes of course. Would I be gutted if they don't.? No..Forest, Leeds, Villa, Newcastle, Burton, Brummie, Norwich...it's going to be a great Championship next season...very tough though and strangely that does excite me. More than a struggle in the prem watching foreigners falling over. Of course all the newer fans

Cheer me up why dont you, Keith!
I've been fairly flat all season, due to the behind the scenes stuff and wasting of cash on some bizarre transfers. I've perked up since Bryson has returned and we are fielding the team of 2 yrs ago, more or less.
However, I can't help feel we're still not quite back to our harmonious best and, fairly unfoundedly (new word) feel we're gonna freeze a bit today.
0-0 then
Half time and here we go again. At least I can go camping bank holiday weekend
