The same number of points they were ahead of 4th
4th - that's the place behind 3rd
And a whole 48 goals in GD worse off than the top team. That's more than 1 extra goal per game.
And they were only 6 points better off than 3rd. So they were more than double the distance behind 2nd than ahead of 3rd. And with a poorer GD. And the 3rd team was the one promoted from the wee diddy league last season. So in effect if they had lost one of the games they beat the 3rd team they would have been 3rd themselves.
I'm sooooo glad it was such an exciting league race. I can't imagine what it would have been like if one team had romped it.

What was the points difference the last time auld Rangers were in the top league, I remember a 14 point turnaround but canny remember the finished total.

Sevco fans seem to be getting very c0cky after winning the Ramsdiddy Cup after numerous attempts.....
It only took them two attempts to get out of the diddy league as well..
