ronny delhia didn't win manager of the year despite celtic winning top title due to the fact celtic have more resources than the rest, yet sevco have a bigger margin of resources in a diddy league, and since when has the ramsdens cup winners ever won the manager of the year despite some sides only averaging 500 and playing v sides 10 times the size, yet rangers played v sides 100 times smaller. those that made the decision to award the trumpet this award should be made to explain their criteria for what has to be achieved to win the award.
