View the coverage from around 3 minutes in and does Rob McLean suggest that a new will be on the cup no matter what happens? Is this in some way suggesting that the current Rangers side have never won the cup before?

I never watched the embarrassing preamble to the game so never heard it live. I was looking to see if the game was on iPlayer for somebody else. It just caught my ear as odd
