Delaying the appointment of a new manager

Call me a sceptic , but is it possible that the delay in appointing your new manager is a master plan by the powers that be.
Could it possibly be that by the time he (or she) has beend all the best players have been snapped up.
This means that someone has a ready made excuse for not adding any significant costs to the club in terms off costly signings and new players on high salaries.
Now you are out of embargo it his expected that the squad should be improved & new signings are definite must.
Having no manager means that you cannot do this and it will all be to late when you eventually get one.
Just a thought and If Trickyw AnkerTree is reading this,this is not Libel, just the rambling thoughts of a Mad Old Man..

blooming hell , where is this new manager you are waiting for ............I do believe the Evening Post Headline the other day stated all was ok with the takeover and he was a fit and proper person ( even if he had supposedly given bribes out to win games - Allegedly)
