    PSG

The PSG owner has just announced "Big Changes" for next season as he was very disappointed with the "bad" season that they have just had. They only won 3 trophies....admittedly in a not very strong league.....and only made the quarter finals in the Champions League! FFS he should try being owner of one of our clubs!!
Anyway with the financial means that they have it will be interesting to see the changes.

    re: PSG

Qatari billionaires have to buy clubs in Europe as their own setup is so dire, So when they were awarded the 2022 World cup I knew it was a stitch up. And so it was proved, and how many people have died building their stadiums.

PSG will win cups in Europe, but one thing is for sure Qatar will never win the World Cup despite all their money.

Evening Claw...I think PSG will eventually win a Champions League but of course Qatar will have no chance of winning the World Cup even if they naturalise 30/40 Brazilians....which they probably will.
Anyway I don't think it's their ultimate goal, it's more for the prestige than anything else.
Though I can't help wondering who will show up to see the games when there is phuck all to do between matches!!
True about construction workers from the sub continent dying building the stadiums but that is nothing new. There must have been thousands over the years who have died on the Arab Peninsula building appartement blocks for European expats and offices for all the world's major Banks and insurance companies....but that is conveniently forgotten or swept under the carpet.
