    Rams Targets

According to him not in the know Alan Nixon we are going to offer £4m for Jonathan Kodjia and also want Some Aluko and Grant Hanley.

All decent and ambitious targets imo RP, though I very much doubt £4m would get much of Kodjia...around twenty goals for an average side at the same level as us last season. If we were selling I'm sure we'd expect to get more than that for Chris Martin, and Bristol City have enough financial strength to hold on to Kodjia.

Love to see us get our on the pitch leader first but I imagine that might be Hanley.

Nixon has got a lot right about staff changes and junior players coming and going. He was also the one that broke the story of Mel's dressing room rant, which proved to be pretty accurate. Clearly, he does have a source close to the club. Where he's been way off recently is in first team transfers - I agree that I can't think of one he's got right in the last year.

I really like Kodjia, quick, two good foot and decent in the air, but reckon you'd have to double the quoted price above to get him. As much as I feel Blackman ain't been given a chance up top perhaps we could negotiate a deal moving him the other way.

Could Kodjia do for us what Gray did for Burnley last season.

Whilst I like Hanley he just looked a no nonsense big lump that hoofed it when we played Blackburn at home and not sure we need to invest in that area.

Aluko perhaps worth a punt but much depends on how NP and CP see us lining up next year.

Think Nixons been spending to much time on this message board though !

Gangway Agree Kodja looks very good but would doubt BC would sell they definitely do not need the money with their owners Aluko not for me we have to many left footers already. Plus his appearance record is poor 51 in. 3seasons of those he only completed 90 mins 3times He also only scored 3 goals last season steer clear I think
