    Tommy spurr

    He has been offered a new contract but is weighing up other offers on the table
    not an amazing player but the lack of left sided players makes this a no brainer.

    I hope he stays, I like him and he's not played enough in the last couple of seasons for my liking. Those throws need to be exploited once more too. They produced goals on occassion, and I'm sure I read somewhere that goals help to win games. Not sure if that's true though

    I just think we could do a lot worse.
    Spurr is one of those steady, honest players, and - after all - he was able to keep Olsson out of the team at times.

    He is a player that provides an attacking option from throws and does a reasonable job in defence however he is prone to being caught out of positioning and is not the most gifted in going forward
    that said we have no players in that position so better the devil you know.
