It's clear from the video that it's 100% Del's goal. His touch was more than a little reminiscent of a certain Stevie Tosh goal!

Controversy over the 2nd goal
Was it Derek Lyle's goal or not ? It looked that way to me and I'm sure most of you but was given as an OG for the moment. Queens waiting for refs official report tomorrow on confirmation. If it is awarded to Del , he goes onto 97 senior goals for Queens and inching near the century. I think he is one behind the great Jocky Dempster if this happens but am sure Mr Stat Man Ftivano will correct me if not.

Lyle now the 5th top goal scorer in Queens history . He needs one more goal to equal Jocky Depmster in 4th place

I have came across this problem of '' who scored the goal '' in the past and just e - mailed the authorities at
Hampden to get the correct scorer - hopefully it was a Tan Man Double.

Tan Man may have got 1 or 2 goals but man of the match was winger Grant Anderson fast, can shoot, wonderful
crosser of the ball and tracks back to help out the defence. This award follows the D and G Standard naming him
their Star Man in last Saturday's game v Airdrieonians - a great start to his Palmerston career.

All the confusion came from however updates the Queens Twitter feed . It was clearly Derek Lyle's goal
