    David Forde, Irish International keeper, joins Pompey from Millwall on season long loan.

    They obviously reckon he is "the one." Jamie A decided to give it another go having retired, he was obviously not what PFC wanted and has returned to whatever occupation he is doing. I wish both of them well.

    Fordy has been a good servant for the Lions, ok he is not as young as before but an excellent keeper on his day.

    He had been a regular for the Irish national team for years, hope he does well for you, good luck for the new season.

    Well he appeared to do OK against Bristol.

    Does he take first place now ?

    Will he be on the field come Saturday ?

    According to Cook, Jones was "feeling His thigh" again when explaining why he wasn't on the bench Saturday. Jack reportedly was feeling his hamstring, him going off was unconnected to his previous knee injury thankfully.
