Just back from a wee break there. Even although it's a bit of a dump a great time was had. There is a good vibe about the place. Hadn't been for 15 plus years and wanted to go on the Pepsi max. What a buzz, 235ft high and then speeds up to 85mph.Also the tower ballroom is an amazing building. Went up to the top of the tower. The skywalk was good. Highly recommend it for a short break
Also was in Liverpool for a day which was not so good. Wasn't keen on the people and the vibe just wasn't there. Don't think I will go back. Hit Manchester which was fantastic. Excellent atmosphere about it and the people were top notch. Blows Liverpool out of the water IMO. Will definitely go back.
