Thread: Nigel, what are you playing at

Nigel, what are you playing at

Nigel. It's 4 days now until the season starts, and in case you're not aware of it, we were proved to be not good enough last season to win promotion. That means we need to improve for this season but no new players have come in.

Since the season ended, 3 central defenders have left the club which means that only Richard Keogh, Jason Shackell and Farrend Rawson are now with us. In reality that means we only have 2 first choice central defenders, and as it's quite likely that one or more of them is likely to be injured or suspended at some time, I think something needs to be done urgently.

    Over to you Nigel.

You seem to have ignored Alex Pearce, so that's four central defenders, and to have forgotten the 'buy in haste, repent for the rest of the season' that got us into trouble last season. Plenty of time, give the guy a chance.

It's a means of making your sentences intelligible, southern. Shouldn't worry about it. Why change the habit of a lifetime?

    Alternatively.

Now tell me those little dots and squiggles don't help.
