7 mill is a bit of a joke offer, they won't look at selling to a rival till that gets doubled I'd have thought. He's there best player and there best hope for going up. Would obviously be a top signing but can't see it happening unless we get serious. Maybe move in Hendrick to help fund it if needs be but they aren't needing to sell so we're probably wasting our time.

Some of these "bids" are only made to keep us fans interested.

No logical reason for them to sell, may let him go to a PL club but certainly not a Championship side. Just as ambitious as us and deffo promo hopefuls!

Lol. You're managing Derby County, Nige, not Man Utd. Wednesday'd want half of the Rams' team for FF.

'Half of the Rams' team for him'. Okay...you have Bent, Baird, Christie, Ince, Blackman and Pearce and it's a deal.

I've seen a lot of this from Wednesday fans since the bid. We're a tin pot club, we're going in the opposite direction, dcfc have no pull anymore, they're a million times better than we are as they made the PO final not the semis, why would anyone join Derby over weds, plus the usual bottles stuff. Shame really as I used to like Wednesday, just goes to show what 1 good season can do to the arrogance of some fans.
