Yes, Samson missed his punch. But Moult gave away a needless free kick and Lasley should have cleared when he had a chance. Lots of culprits.

Way things are going could be sooner than we think,because that's one thing McGhee doesn't do is think.At the start of the season I was present at the Q&A session with our manager and the Well Society.I asked the question "Why do we have every player in our penalty box defending at corners and not have someone up the field as an out ball? He answered That the best teams in the world Barcelona,Real Madrid and Bayern Munich have all their players defending,I pointed out we were none of these teams,but he insisted that everyone of your players knows their jobs at corners.Case in point on Friday night Hearts get corner Lasley gets ball edge of our box looks up has nobody to pass to ends up loses the ball they shoot deflects one nil down.If we position one of our players up field it takes two opponents to mark/cover him leaving 8 opponents in our area with the chance to score against our 9 players and keeper.But our manager THINKS it's better to have TEN opponents against our ten outfield players giving us no man advantage he is totally clueless.We have also hardly ever varied our own corner kicks, player taking it raises his hand as if it's a signal and then generally just hoofs it into the area more in hope than anything else.We could be in real trouble after our next three games.
