Match Highlights

I've been going through extended You Tube highlights of the matches in September.
Two things stood out:
1) Williams looks a bit shaky. He got a complete roasting against Birmingham.
2) We are still backing off in the 25-35 metres area, allowing players far too much space there.
Highlights are limited - obviously - but I would be interested to know if these impressions are correct.

The comments over Lenihan are the ones that indicate to me the lad needs to sit on the bench a while and gather himself as he seems to have caught second season syndrome and has got maybe 'too over confident' when he's still in truth 'learning'. Seems like Greer is the only one trying to 'further educate/coax him'.
However, these are 'marginal' defeats seemingly, so just maybe we could be 'on the turn' to some degree.
