    QOS v ALLOA

This has been a shocking week for everyone. Firstly Gavin Skelton chose to leave the club and now Donald Trump is the new president elect of the US of A.

We need to get firmly behind our club, and come out and support the team against Alloa in large numbers.

Alloa are nobody's fools and they will know that our players will still be 'mourning' the loss of their old gaffer, - so Queens need all the help they can get.

Come along on Saturday, come rain, hail or shine and let's start the next chapter of Queen of the South with a resounding win!

I agree with you wholeheartedly Jardi as now is the time to get fully behind Queens, the BoD, management team and the players starting with the Alloa Q/F game this Saturday during this difficult transition time.
P.S. what are you going to do about Trump

Not a lot, -in the short term just watch the pound soar against the dollar and oil and petrol prices drop as oil is priced in $s.

Could be a good wee boost for the UK!

Can't see any extra punters coming along on Saturday TBH but the diehards will still be there minus a lot of regulars who will still be
down in London after the Friday night Scotland game.

This. Let`s not overreact re the crowd on Saturday. For a variety of reasons it will be lower than average.

This is the game to get our season back on track.
Will be interesting to see the players reactions. It's up to them to stand up and be counted !

A new dawn for Queens tomorrow, an opportunity to place the league behind us for a fortnight and an intriguing match against a tricky team, - I think this will be a good game.

Let's get out there in our numbers and support the lads.....they need it.

Obviously, jardi, tens of millions of Americans think that the election of Donald Trump represents a new dawn for the United States of America and Americans. They chose to reject the establishment politicians in both the Republican Party (when he was selected as their candidate) and then the Democratic Party when they gave Hillary Clinton a resounding thumbs down. Perhaps Queens should take a leaf out of America's book by rejecting the likes of Jim Thomson and Graeme Robertson and instead look for someone outside main stream football. Will they? Absolutely not so I assume it will be the same old same old.
We are a full-time Championship team playing a part-time SPFL 1 team tomorrow. For once we should all be going along to this game more in expectation than hope.
