Who picks the bloody advisors,made a mess of it so many times it's unbelievable.

Of course you can fault TS!
He's the chairman, the captain of the ship, and makes most of the decisions for crying out loud.
And boy has he made some bad ones since we got into the Championship.
Too late now though as the pigeons have finally come home to roost.
